Terms of participation:
The parent/guardian of the registrant, understand and accept the condition that neither Sport Discovery Camps (SDC) nor anyone associated with SDC will assume any responsibility for accidents and medical or dental expenses incurred as a result of participation in a program. I certify that the applicant is in good health and able to participate in the physical activity of the program. In the event of injury, SDC has my permission to obtain medical care.
Refund:
If for whatever reason you do not want your child to participate in our Camp please let us know and we will refund you the money, no problem.
Insurance:
No matter how careful we are, accidents can happen. Participants will need their own insurance. We are fully covered for any injuries that occur during camp, however, there is an exclusion on covering any claims related to COVID-19.
